A soft wheel, ideal for finishing and cleaning the surface from imperfections. It has been designed to give excellent performance on the metal parts of eyeglasses, on soft metals such as nickel and silver, but guarantees excellent results even for the finishing of harder metals.
In the production of surgical and dental instruments and tools, these wheels grant a slight satin finish effect. An opaque surface is required in order to avoid reflection effect in the O.R., but at the same time an extremely low roughness is mandatory, in order to avoid scuffing and bacteria growth from previous processes.
Maximum recommended speed: 15-20 metres/sec.
